On September 16 – 18, 2025, the Ocean Plastic Leadership Network (OPLN) will be hosting its CIRCLE 2026-27 EPR Launchpad at See Change in Burlington, VT. The EPR Launchpad is an immersive learning experience focused on reducing plastic pollution, including site visits and policy discussions with industry leaders.
